Lesson Instruction and rates
Instruction is provided in the form of either 1/2 hour, 45 minute, or 1 hour long lessons. Generally, 1/2 hour lessons are best for beginners. Longer lesson times are available for more advanced students . In addition to the applied lesson, instruction in music theory will also be provided as part of the music curriculum. This is especially important to facilitate note reading for the elementary player.
Students of all abilities are welcome in my studio, whether beginning or advanced. I teach traditional classical violin technique but enjoy Celtic fiddle and bluegrass as well.
